8 Ways to Stop Grinding Your Teeth

Do you ever wake up with a sore jaw or a headache? More than likely you didn't get punched in the middle of night. More likely, you are grinding your teeth. The same goes if your teeth are sensitive to hot, cold, sweet, or sour. The key to relieving your headaches, sore jaw, or sensitive teeth are to stop grinding you teeth.
Here are some tips to help with this medical issue, often referred to as bruxism:
  • Reduce Stress 
  • Have a regular sleeping schedule
  • Eat healthy
  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine before bed
  • Do something relaxing before bed.
Grinding your teeth can be a painful way to spend your sleeping hours. Getting relief is possible.
